You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, billing access, and account activity. Keep account information accurate and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Email validation results are risk and deliverability signals, not a guarantee that a message will be delivered, opened, or accepted by a mailbox provider. You are responsible for how you use validation results in signup flows, CRM workflows, marketing systems, and fraud checks.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and required notices for any data you submit to Email-Check.app. We process validation data to provide the service, protect the platform, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or billing obligations. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, credits, usage limits, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown before purchase. Subscription fees may renew until cancelled. Credits and plan limits may be reduced by completed API requests, including requests that return risk, invalid, catch-all, unknown, or error states.
You can cancel paid services according to the account and billing tools available to you. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any written enterprise agreement that applies to your account.
We may change, suspend, rate limit, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, maintain security, comply with law, or prevent abuse. We try to give reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
Email-Check.app, the website, product design, documentation, logos, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms, documentation, or written permission.
The service is provided as available and without warranties except where a written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect validation accuracy, deliverability, revenue results, compliance outcomes, or compatibility with every third-party system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email-Check.app will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, fails to pay amounts due, or violates applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion through Delete Your Data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless another written agreement applies.
